Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Reddybook operates this privacy policy to explain what personal data the platform collects, why it collects it, and how it is protected. By creating a Reddybook ID and using the website or mobile app, users agree to the terms set out on this page. The policy applies to the sportsbook, the casino, and all payment functions.

Information Reddybook Collects

Personal Information

When a user registers, the platform collects the full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. During KYC verification, a government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, passport, or driver’s license), proof of address, and proof of payment method are added to the record. This data confirms the user is 18 or older and that the account belongs to a real person.

Payment Information

Deposits and withdrawals generate transaction records. The platform stores the UPI ID or bank account details used for payouts, the transaction amount, and the UTR reference number. Card numbers and UPI PINs are not stored on Reddybook servers. Payment data passes directly to the payment gateway, which handles it under its own security standards.

Device and Usage Information

The platform logs the IP address, device type, operating system, and browser version at each login. Usage data covers the pages visited, the bets placed, the time spent on the site, and the links clicked. This data supports fraud checks, product improvements, and responsible gambling monitoring.

How Reddybook Uses the Data

The collected data serves four main purposes.

    • Account management: login, KYC verification, bonus eligibility, and VIP tier tracking.
    • Payments: processing deposits and withdrawals, and tracing failed or refunded transactions.
    • Security: device checks, login alerts, and prevention of fraud and money laundering.
    • Legal compliance: age verification, responsible gambling tools, and responses to regulatory requests.

Marketing use is limited. Promotional messages by email or WhatsApp are sent only when the user opts in, and every message carries an unsubscribe option.

Cookies and Tracking

Reddybook uses cookies to keep users logged in, remember preferences, and measure site performance. Session cookies expire when the browser closes. Persistent cookies store the login state and language choice. Third-party analytics cookies run only with consent and collect data that does not directly identify the user. Users can block or delete cookies in the browser settings, but some functions, like staying logged in, will stop working.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

Reddybook does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with:

    • Payment gateways and banks, to process transactions.
    • Game providers, to run casino rounds and settle bets, limited to the user ID and bet data.
    • Independent auditors and testing labs, for fair play and anti-fraud checks.
    • Law enforcement or regulators, when a legal request requires it.

Every third party receives only the data needed for its task and must protect it under contract.

Data Security

All connections run on SSL/TLS encryption. Personal records sit on secured servers with access limited to staff who need it. Withdrawals go only to accounts in the user’s own name, which blocks most account-takeover fraud. Two-factor authentication and login alerts add a further layer. No system is fully immune to attack, but the platform reviews its security controls on a fixed schedule.

Data Retention

Account data is kept while the account stays open and for a fixed period after closure, as required by financial and gaming regulations. Transaction records are retained for the period mandated by law, usually five to seven years. Marketing data is deleted when the user withdraws consent or the account is closed.

User Rights

Users hold specific rights over their data.

    • Access: request a copy of the personal data stored on the account.
    • Correction: update wrong details, such as a changed mobile number or address.
    • Deletion: request account deletion after withdrawing the balance, subject to legal retention rules.
    • Restriction: limit processing while a dispute is open.
    • Objection: stop marketing messages at any time.

Requests go through customer support or the privacy email listed on the contact page. The platform responds within a reasonable period, usually 30 days.

Age Restriction

Reddybook serves adults of 18 and over only. The KYC process checks the date of birth against the ID document. If a minor is found to hold an account, the account is closed, the balance is frozen, and the data is handled under the closure procedure.

Changes to This Policy

The policy may be updated when new features launch or regulations change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Material changes are announced on the website or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after an update counts as acceptance of the new terms.
