Reddybook Payments: Deposits, Withdrawals, and Supported Methods

Reddybook supports a range of payment methods built for Indian users. The platform processes deposits and withdrawals in Indian Rupees (INR) through local banking networks and digital wallets. Transactions are secured with SSL encryption, and the payment gateway operates independently from the main betting servers to protect financial data.

Supported Payment Methods

The cashier section lists all available options for moving funds in and out of a Reddybook ID.

UPI (Unified Payments Interface)

UPI is the primary payment method on the platform. Users can link accounts from PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, and any bank-supported UPI application. Deposits via UPI are instant, and funds added through PhonePe, Paytm, or Google Pay reflect in the betting wallet within seconds. Withdrawals to a registered UPI ID are processed faster than traditional bank transfers, and payouts sent to PhonePe, Paytm, or Google Pay usually clear within one to six hours.

Bank Transfers (IMPS, NEFT, RTGS)

For larger transactions, users can opt for direct bank transfers. IMPS (Immediate Payment Service) is available for instant deposits and quick withdrawals. NEFT and RTGS are used for higher-value transactions that exceed standard UPI limits. The platform supports all major Indian banks, including SBI, HDFC, ICICI, and Axis Bank.

Cryptocurrency

Reddybook accepts select cryptocurrencies for users who prefer decentralized transactions. USDT (Tether) on the TRC20 and ERC20 networks, along with Bitcoin, are supported. Crypto deposits require the user to send the exact amount to the generated wallet address. Network confirmations usually take 10 to 30 minutes before the balance updates.

How to Deposit Funds

To add money to a Reddybook account, you need a verified mobile number and an active session. The minimum deposit limit is ₹100 for UPI and digital wallets, and ₹500 for bank transfers and cryptocurrencies.

  1. Log in to the Reddybook website or mobile app.
  2. Tap the “Deposit” button located in the main menu or cashier section.
  3. Select the preferred payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Crypto).
  4. Enter the deposit amount. Ensure it meets the minimum threshold for the chosen method.
  5. For UPI, a collect request is sent to the registered PhonePe, Paytm, or Google Pay app. Approve the request using the UPI PIN.
  6. For bank transfers, the platform provides a designated account number and IFSC code. Use your banking app to transfer the funds, then enter the UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number on the Reddybook site.
  7. The balance updates automatically once the payment gateway confirms the transaction.

The platform does not charge any deposit fees. Users pay only the standard network or bank charges for their chosen method.

How to Withdraw Winnings

Withdrawals move funds from the Reddybook wallet back to the user’s personal bank account or UPI ID. The platform enforces a strict rule: withdrawals can only be sent to an account registered in the user’s own name. Third-party withdrawals are rejected to prevent fraud and money laundering.

Before the first withdrawal, users must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This involves uploading a government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport) and proof of address.

  1. Open the “Withdraw” section in the cashier menu.
  2. Select the withdrawal method. It is recommended to use the same method used for the initial deposit.
  3. Enter the withdrawal amount. The minimum withdrawal limit is ₹500.
  4. Provide the destination UPI ID or bank account details. Double-check the account number and IFSC code to avoid failed transfers.
  5. Confirm the request using the OTP sent to the registered mobile number.

Withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier. Standard accounts can withdraw up to ₹50,000 per transaction and ₹2,00,000 daily. VIP members receive higher limits and priority processing.

Processing Times and Fees

Deposit processing is immediate for UPI and crypto, while NEFT bank transfers may take up to two hours.

Withdrawal times depend on the method and the user’s verification status. UPI withdrawals clear in one to six hours. Bank transfers take 24 to 48 hours, depending on the receiving bank’s processing schedule. The first withdrawal may take an additional 6 to 12 hours due to manual KYC checks.

Reddybook does not deduct fees from withdrawal amounts. The full requested sum is transferred to the user’s account.

Common Payment Issues and Solutions

Occasional delays can occur due to banking server maintenance or incorrect details.

Failed Deposit but Amount Deducted

The funds usually auto-refund to the source bank account within 24 to 72 hours. Users should keep the UTR number and contact support if the refund is delayed.

Pending Withdrawal:

Check the KYC status and ensure no active bonus wagering requirements are pending. If both are clear, contact support with the withdrawal ID.

Rejected Withdrawal

This happens if the destination account name does not match the Reddybook account name, or if the UPI ID was entered incorrectly. Correct the details and resubmit the request.

Responsible Financial Management

The platform provides tools to manage betting budgets. Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from the account settings. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, while increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period. Transaction histories are available for download, allowing users to track their deposits, wagers, and withdrawals over time.
